2004 Classical Breed Show

On July 31st and August 1st, the NEFHC hosted the Northeast Classical Breed Show in conjunction with the first IFSHA East Coast Regional Classic, at the Cheshire Fairgrounds in Swanzey, NH.
Despite being swelteringly hot and humid all weekend, the show received a fair-sized turnout of participants, the largest class being Amateur Handler In-Hand, with well over 10 entries. The costume class also was particularly memorable, with beautiful handmade costumes including a dazzling Queen Elizabeth, two radiant Ladies of the Court and a magnificent armored Gladiator. Disappointingly, we only had a very small number of the other breeds in attendance, though we hope and encourage more Andalusians and Lippizans to join us next year.
